RESOLUTION NO 1441
WHEREAS, Resolution No 1439 established the time and date for the
public hearing on the proposed final assessment toll for L I D No 114
for August3) 1981 at 8 00 pm , and
WHEREAS, the appropriate notice specifically, notice by publication
of the notice was not made, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the hearing be rescheduled to August 10, 1981
8 00 p m , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate notice by publication of
notice be made and mailing of notice and proposed assessment to owners of property
within the L I D. district boundary be done all as required by law
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco 20 day
o f July , 1981
