RESOLUTION NO
1440
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco is eligible to receive funding
from the Urban Park and Recreation Recovery Program, and
WHEREAS, to be eligible for funding, the City must complete
an Urban Parks Recovery Program, and
WHEREAS, the City finds it is in the City's best interest
to adopt such a Urban Parks Recovery Program, for purposes of
obtaining funding and for proper planning of leisure facilities
and programs for Pasco citizens, and
WHEREAS, the City has caused Urban Parks Recovery Program
to be prepared, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the certain Urban Parks Recovery Program presented
the 20th day of July, 1981, and prepared by the 0 R B. Organization
with the cooperation and assistance of the Park and Recreation
staff, Park and Recreation Advisory Council, the City Manager and
concerned citizens, be and the same is hereby adopted for the
City, and that this Urban Parks Recovery Program be and is desig-
nated as a component of the entire City Comprehensive Plan as now
exists or hereafter is amended.
