RESOLUTION NO. 1435
FL RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for Public Hearing to
consider vacation of a certain portion of South
Sycamore Avenue and certain alleys in the City
of Pasco.
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain
portion of South Sycamore Avenue and certain alleys in the City
of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires a public hearing on said
petition to be fixed by Resolution; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a Public Hearing to consider the vacation of that portion
of South Sycamore Avenue and certain alleys within and between Blocks
9 and 10, Willetta's Addition, will be held before the City Council
of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 412
W. Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. on the
20th day of July, 1981. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco
shall give notice of said Public Hearing as required by law.
