RESOLUTION NO. 1429
A RESOLUTION relating to the Pasco-Franklin County
Senior Citizen Center Agreement
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the City of Pasco does hereby agree to the Amendment
to the Pasco-Franklin County Senior Citizen Center Agreement
that was originally executed on September 15, 1980, and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the Amendment to the
Agreement.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PASCO
AND FRANKLIN COUNTY
PASCO/FRANKLIN COUNTY SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER
The City of Pasco and Franklin County hereby agree to amend
Section 15 of their earlier Agreement relating to the Pasco/
Franklin County Senion Citizen Center dated September 15, 1980.
In exchange for Franklin County not exercising its rights under
Section 13 of the Agreement because of the wording contained
in Section 15 of the Agreement, pursuant to Section 14, the
City of Pasco and Franklin County have opened negotiations and
agreed to the following amendment to Section 15:
Section 15. It is hereby agreed that the City of Pasco
shall carry combined single limit bodily injury and property
damage liability insurance on the facility in an amount of at
least One Million (1,000,000) Dollars with Franklin County as
an additional named insured.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parti hereto have executed this
Agreement on the /j / day of , 1981.
