A RESOLUTION accepting right-df-way on Road 24
WHEREAS, adequate full width right-of-way does not presently exist for
Road 24 between Court Street and Marie Street, and
WHEREAS, Betty J Blakely has signed a conveyance of public right-of-
way to the City of Pasco for the needed right-of-way, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the City Council of the City of Pasco hereby accepts the right-of-
way granted in the signed conveyance from Betty J Blakely
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 4 day of May , 1981

CONVEYANCE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY

For valuable consideration, the grantor, BETTY J BLAKELY
hereby grants, gives, and conveys to the grantee, City of Pasco, a
municipal corporation of the State of Washington located in Franklin
County, its successors and assigns, the right-of-way, including the
privilege to construct, maintain, repair, and maintain a roadway,
utilities, and appurtenances thereto, and such other rights associated
with the public right-of-way, over and upon the following land, located
in Franklin County, State of Washington, to-wit:
The west30ft of the south 1G4 35 ft of the north 313 05 ft of
the west 208 07 ft of the northwest quarter northeast quarter
northeast quarter Section 25, Township 9 North Range 29 E W M
The grantor shall make no use of the land incOnsistent with the
grantee's use of it as a public right-of-way.
In exercising the rights herein granted, the grantee and its
successors and assigns, may pass and repass over said land to cut and
remove brush, trees and other obstructions which in the opinion of the
grantee Interfere with the use of the land as a public right-of-way and
to otherwise use and occupy the land consistent with its construction,
maintenance, and uses as a public right-of-way.
The covenants herein contained shall run with the land and are
binding upon all subsequent owners thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has executed this instrument
