RESOLUTION NO 1427
A RESOLUTION accepting rights-of-way at Road 26 and Park Street
WHEREAS, adequate full width rights-of-way do not presently exist at
the intersection of Road 26 and Park Street, and
WHEREAS, Robert and LaVon LaDow have signed a conveyance of public
right-of-way to the City of Pasco for the needed rights-of-way, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the City Council of the City of Pasco hereby accepts the rights-of-way
granted in the signed conveyance from Robert and LaVon LaDow

CONVEYANCE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
For valuable consideration, the grantor,
Robert and LaVon LaDow
hereby grants, gives, and conveys to the grantee, City of Pasco, a
municipal corporation of the State of Washington located in Franklin
County, its successors and assigns, the right-of-way, including the
privilege to construct, maintain, repair, and maintain a roadway,
utilities, and appurtenances thereto, and such other rights associated
with the public right-of-way, over and upon the following land, located
in Franklin County, State of Washington, to-wit.
The north 30' (feet) and the west 30' (feet) of the west 200'
(feet) of the north half, south-east quarter, south-west
quarter, north-east quarter of Section 25, T9N, R29, E W M
The grantor shall make no use of the land inconsistent with the
grantee's use of it as a public right-of-way.
In exercising the rights herein granted, the grantee and its
successors and assigns, may pass and repass over said land to cut and
remove brush, trees and other obstructions which in the opinion of the
grantee Interfere with the use of the land as a public right-of-way and
to otherwise use and occupy the land consistent with its construction,
maintenance, and uses as a public right-of-way.
The covenants herein contained shall run with the land and are
binding upon all subsequent owners thereof.
