A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public
hearing to consider vacation of a certain
portion of Broadway Street and Yakima Street
in the City of Pasco
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the
City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a
certain portion of Broadway Street and Yakima Street in the
City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearing on said
petition to be fixed by resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that
portion of Broadway Street and Yakima Street lying between
Blocks 162 and 163, Pasco Land Company's First Addition to
Pasco, will be held before the City Council of the City of
Pasco in the council chambers of the City Hall, 412 W. Clark,
Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8 P.M., on the 15th day of
June, 1981. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall
give notice of said public hearing as required by law.

it is now and has been for more than six months prior to the date of the publication
