HomeMy WebLinkAbout1423 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 1423 A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation of a certain portion of "C" Street. WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain portion of "C" Street in the City of Pasco; and WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearing on said petition to be fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion of "C" Street lying between the east and west lines of Block 7, Owen's Addition to Pasco, will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the council chambers of the City Hall, 412 W. Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8 P.M. on the 15th day of June, 1981. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
