RESOLUTION NO 1419
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing
to consider vacation of a certain portion of
Park Street.
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain por-
tion of Park Street in the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.79 requires a public hearing on said petition
to be fixed by resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion
of Park Street lying between 4th and 5th Avenues will be held before
the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of
8 p.m on the 4th of May, 1981. That the City Clerk of the City of
Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSE by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 6,
day of I.L.e_ , 1981.
