RESOLUTION NO 1415
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a certain portion of Park Street
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain portion of Park Street
in the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, RCW 35 79 requires a public hearing on said petition to
be fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
Section 1 That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion
of Park Street lying between 20th Avenue and 22nd Avenue will be held before the
City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall,
412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8 00 p m on the
20th day of April, 1981
Section 2. That the city clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice
of said public hearing as required by law
