A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Pasco affirming the
proposed composition of the Public Transportation Benefit Area
Authority Board of Directors and appointing Sterl K Adams
as the primary City of Pasco representative and Ira Schmidt
as the alternate City of Pasco representative to the Board of
Directors of the PTBA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, acting by
and through its City Council, as follows
Section 1. The proposed composition of the Public Transportation
Benefit Area Authority (PTBA) is agreed to as outlined below
1 Benton County Commissioner
1 Richland City Councilmember
1 Kennewick City Councilmember
1 West Richland City Councilmember
2 Franklin County Commissioners
1 Pasco City Councilmember
Section 2. The City of Pasco hereby appoints Councilman Sterl K Adams
as the primary member to serve on the Public Transportation Benefit Area
Authority to represent the City of Pasco, and appoints Councilman Ira Schmidt
as the alternate member of the PTBA Board of Directors.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be effective immediately
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 9 day of
March , 1981.
