RESOLUTION NO 1411
A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by L W Vail Company, Inc , on L I D.
No 110 West of 20th Avenue
WHEREAS, the work done by L W Vail Company, Inc , under Job No 80-9-04,
has been examined by the City Engineer and the City Engineer has found that the
work on said project has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifi-
cations on said project, and it appears that the City shall now accept the same
and concur in the Engineer's recommendation, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the City Council concurs in the Engineer's recommendation and finds
that the work done under Job No 80-9-04 has been completed in accordance with
plans and specifications of said project, and that the same be and is hereby
accepted, and that the Department of Labor and Industries and the Department of
Revenue be notified of the acceptance of this work
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 2 day
of March , 1981
