RESOLUTION NO. 1404
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public
hearing to consider vacation of a certain
portion of Lindsay Street.
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the
City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a
certain portion of Lindsay Street in the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.79 requires a public hearing on said
petition to be fixed by resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Pasco:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that
portion of Lindsay street lying north of B Street and along
the east line of Block 4, Steffin's Amended Addition to
Pasco, will be held before the City Council of the City of
Pasco in the council chambers of the City Hall, 412 W. Clark
Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. on the
16th day of March, 1981. That the City Clerk of the City of
Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required
by law.
