1400 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing
to consider vacation of a certain portion of
C Street within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received
a petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property
owners requesting the City of Pasco to vacate a portion of
C Street; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing in accordance with R.C.W. 35.79
is required on said petition; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of C Street
between South Eighth Avenue and South Ninth Avenue will be held
before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council
Chambers at City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington,
at the hour of Eight (8:00) P.M., on the Seventeenth (17th)
day of February, 1981. That the City Clerk of the City of
Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by
law.
