RESOLUTION NO. 1392
A RESOLUTION amending the time and place for a public hearing
to consider vacation of a portion of certain streets
within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco received a
petition for more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners
requesting the City of Pasco to vacate a portion of certain streets;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 1388 fixing
January 15, 1980, as the time for a public hearing to consider
said vacation; and
WHEREAS, the public hearing must be rescheduled to coincide
with a regular business meeting of the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the east 20
feet of Ninth Avenue, the north 10 feet of Ainsworth Street, and the
west 10 feet of Eighth Avenue, all adjacent Block 17, Riverside
Addition to Pasco, situated in the northeast quarter of Section 31,
Township 9 North, Range 30 East W.M., will be held before the City
Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers at City Hall,
412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8-00 p.m.,
on the 19th day of January, 1981. That the City Clerk of the City
of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as reauired by law.
