RESOLUTION NO. 1388
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider vacation of a portion of certain streets
within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received
a petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners
requesting the City of Pasco to vacate a portion of certain alleys; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing in accordance with R.C.W. 35.79 is
required on said petition; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the east
20 feet of 9th Avenue, the north 10 feet of Ainsworth Street, and
the west 10 feet of 8th Avenue, all adjacent Block 17, Riverside
Addition to Pasco, situated in the northeast quarter of Section 31,
Township 9 North, Range 30 East W.M., will be held before the City
Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers at City Hall,
412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m.,
on the 15th day of January, 1981. That the City Clerk of the City of
Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
