RESOLUTION NO 1385
A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by The Frank Dunham Company, Inc
on the construction of the Pasco/Franklin County Senior
Citizens Center
WHEREAS, the work done by the Frank Dunham Company, Inc has been
inspected by the architect, The Pence Associates, Inc , through their
representative James A Taylor, and the representative for the architect finds
the construction of the Franklin County/Pasco Senior Center to be completed
in conformance with the plans and specifications and the contract documents,
and the letter signifying such conformance is, by reference, made a part of
this resolution; and
WHEREAS, the work done by the Frank Dunham Company, Inc has been
examined by the Director of Parks and Recreation, and the Director of Parks
and Recreation has found that the work on the project has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications on said project, and it appears
that the City shall now accept the same and concur with the Director's
recommendations, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO-
That the City Council concurs with the Director's recommendation and
finds that the work done has been completed in accordance with the plans
and specifications of said project, and that the same be and is hereby
accepted; and that the Department of Labor and Industries and the Department
of Revenue be notified of the acceptance of this work
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 24 day of
November , 1980.

Dear Dick
I visited the subject project today in order to observe conformance with the con-
tract documents, and found the project to be complete per the Owner/Contractor
Agreement, therefore, I recommend that Franklin County and the City of Pasco
accept the building and proceed toward release of retainage still held.
