11376
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider vacation of a portion of a certain alley within
the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a
petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners
requesting the City of Pasco to vacate a portion of a certain alley,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing in accordance with R.C.W. 35.79 is
required in said petition; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the south half
of the north-south alley in Block 7, Owen's Addition to Pasco, situated
in the northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 9 North, Range 30 E.,
W.M., will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers at
City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of
8:00 p.m. on the first day of December, 1980. That the City Clerk of
the City of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as reauired
by law.
