HomeMy WebLinkAbout1367 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 1367 A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation of a certain street within the City of Pasco. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco desires to initiate the street vacation process authorized under R.C.W. Chapter 35.79 to consider the vacation of a portion of West "C" Street; and WHEREAS, R.C.W. Chapter 35.79 requires a public hearing to be conducted by the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion of West "C" Street adjacent to Blocks 5 and 12, Gantenbein's Addition to Pasco, (between South 7th Avenue and South 7th Lane), will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., on the 15th day of September, 1980. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by law. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 18th day of August , 1980.
