RESOLUTION NO. 1366
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a certain alley within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a
petition from more than two thirds of the abutting property owners
requesting the City of Pasco to vacate the north-south alley in Block
30, Highland Park Homes, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing in accordance with R.C.W. 35.79 is
required in said petition, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the north-south
alley in Block 30, Plat of Highland Park Homes, will be held before the
City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 412 West Clark Street,
Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., on the 15th day of September,
1980. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice of said
public hearing as required by law.
