A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by Sundance Engineering & Construction
Lewis & Court Street U A B project No 78-3-04 & 78-3-10
WHEREAS, the work done by Sundance Engineering & Construction, under job
73-3-04 and 78-3-10, has been examined by the City Engineer and the City Engineer
has found that the work on said project has been completed in accordance with the
plans and specifications on said project, and it appears that the City shall now
accept the same and concur in the Engineer's recommendation, NOW, THEREFORE,
I
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the City Council concurs in the Engineer's recommendation and finds
that the work done under Job No 78-3-04 and 78-3-10, has been completed in accor-
dance with the Plans and specifications of said project, and that the same be and
is hereby accepted, and that the Department of Labor and Industries and the
Department of Revenue be notified of the acceptance of this work
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pascp this 2 day of June
