RESOLUTION NO. 1353
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider vacation of a certain street within the City
of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a
petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners
requesting the City of Pasco to vacate a certain portion of 32nd
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing in accordance with R.C.W. 35.79 is
required on said petition; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion of
32nd Avenue lying between the south line of West Court Street and the
north line of Tract 2, Plat of Auto Park, situated all in the northwest
quarter of Section 25, Township 9 North, Range 29 East, W.M., will be
held before the City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 412
West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., on the
7th day of July, 1980. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall
give notice of said public hearing as required by law.

June , 1980.
