RESOLUTION NO. 1350

A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by Electric Smith, Inc. under
Job No. 78-3-04 and 78-3-10, U.A.B. Signals
WHEREAS, the work done by Electric Smith, Inc. under Job No. 78-3-04 and
78-3-10, U.A.B. Signals, has been examined by the City Engineer and the City
Engineer has found that the work on said project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications of said project, and it appears that the City
should now accept the same and concur in the engineer's recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Council concurs in the engineer's recommendation and finds
that the work done under Job No. 78-3-04 and 78-3-10, U.A.B. Signals, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project and that
the same be and is hereby accepted; and that the Department of Labor and
Industries and the Department of Revenue be notified of the acceptance of this
work.
