RESOLUTION NO. 1347
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington,
declaring its intention to order the improvement of the north-
east quarter of Section 29, T9N, R3OEWM, and the northwest
quarter of Section 28, T9N, R3OEWM, lying north of East Lewis
Street and East of Oregon Avenue, within the City of Pasco,
Washington, to city standards by grading, construction and
installing sanitary sewer lines, storm sewer lines, water
mains, sewer stubs, water stubs, curbs, gutters, base rock,
asphalt concrete surfacing, illumination and all incidental
work and to create a Local Improvement District to assess that
portion of the cost and expense associated with residential
street improvement standards against the property benefited
thereby, and notifying all persons who may desire to object to
said improvements to appear and present their objections at a
meeting of the City Council to be held May pi 1980
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of
Pasco, Washington, to order construction consisting of sanitary sewer
lines, storm sewer lines, water mains, sewer stubs, water stubs, curbs,
gutters, base rock, asphalt concrete surfacing, illumination and all
incidental work on the following streets in the City of Pasco, Washington,
to-wit
Chicago Street from Oregon Avenue to North Franklin
Avenue,
Broadway Street from North Franklin Avenue to North Cedar
Avenue,
Parkview Boulevard from North Owen Avenue to North Cedar
Avenue,
Adelia Street from North Douglas Avenue to North Cedar
Avenue,
North Owen Avenue from Broadway Street to Parkview
Boulevard,
North Douglas Avenue from Adelia Street to Parkview
Boulevard,
North Elm Avenue from East Lewis Street to Parkview
Boulevard,
North Sycamore Avenue from Adelia Street to Parkview
Boulevard,
North Hugo Avenue from Adelia Street to Parkview Boulevard,
North Waldemar Avenue from Adelia Street to Parkview
Boulevard,
North Cedar Avenue from East Lewis Street to Parkview
Boulevard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the total cost of such improvement
to residential street standards shall be borne by and assessed against
the properties specially benefited by such improvement to be included in
the Local Improvement District to be established embracing as near as
_ may be all of the property specially benefited by such improvement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intention of the City
Council of the City of Pasco, Washington, to create a Local Improvement
District to include for the purpose of assessing properties within the
boundaries described as follows
That portion of the northeast quarter of Section 29, T9N,
R3OEWM, and that portion of the northwest quarter of Section
28, T9N, R3OEWM
Beginning with the section corner 20, 21, 28, 29 which is on
the centerline of North Wehe Avenue and is the True Point of
Beginning, thence southerly along said centerline to a point
one hundred fifty eight feet north of the intersection of
Broadway Street, thence westerly to a point one hundred fifty
eight feet north of the centerline of Broadway Street on the
centerline of North Franklin Avenue, thence westerly a distance
of eighteen feet to a point on the west side of Franklin
Avenue one hundred sixty eight feet north of the centerline of
Broadway Street, thence southwesterly to a point one hundred
sixty five feet north of the centerline of Chicago Street on
the centerline of Oregon Avenue, thence southerly along the
centerline of Oregon Avenue to a point one hundred sixty five
feet south of the centerline of Chicago Street, thence north-
easterly to a point one hundred sixty five feet south of the
centerline of Broadway Street on the centerline of North
Franklin Avenue, thence northeasterly a distance of eighteen
feet to a point on the east side of Franklin Avenue one hundred
fifty feet south of the centerline of Broadway Street, thence
easterly to a point one hundred sixty feet south of the center-
line of Broadway Street on the centerline of North Owen Avenue,
thence southerly along the centerline of North Owen Avenue to
a point one hundred seventy five feet south of the centerline
of Adelia Street, thence easterly to a point one hundred
seventy five feet south of the centerline of Adelia Street on
the centerline of North Douglas Street, thence southerly along
the centerline of North Douglas Street to the intersection of
East Lewis Street, thence easterly along the centerline of
East Lewis Street to the intersection of North Sycamore Avenue,
thence northerly along the centerline of North Sycamore Avenue
to a point one hundred seventy five feet south of the center-
line of Adelia Street, thence easterly to a point one hundred
seventy five feet south of the centerline of Adelia Street on
the centerline of North Waldemar Avenue, thence southerly
along the centerline of North Waldemar Avenue to the center-
line of East Lewis Street, thence easterly along the center-
line of East Lewis Street to a point one hundred sixty five
feet east of the centerline of North Cedar Avenue, thence
northerly to a point one hundred sixty eight feet north and
one hundred sixty five feet east of the intersection of North
Cedar Avenue and Parkview Boulevard, thence westerly to a
point one hundred sixty eight feet north of the centerline of
Parkview Boulevard on the centerline of North Beech Avenue,
thence southerly along the centerline of North Beech Avenue to
the intersection of Parkview Boulevard, thence westerly along
the centerline of Parkview Boulevard to the True Point of
Beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons who may desire to
object to the improvements herein mentioned are hereby notified to
appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council, to

matters rela ing to said proposed improvements and all objections
thereto and for determining the method of payment of said improvements
