RESOLUTION NO 1344
A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by Loftus, Inc on the Highland Park
Project
WHEREAS, the work done by Loftus, Inc has been examined by the
Parks and Recreation Director and the Parks and Recreation Director has found
that the work on said project has been completed in accordance with the plans
and specifications on said project, and it appears that the City shall now
accept the same and concur in the Director's recommendation, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the City Council concurs in the Director's recommendation and
finds that the work done on Highland Park has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications of said project, and that the same be and
is hereby accepted, and that the Department of Labor and Industries and the
Department of Revenue be notified of the acceptance of this work
day of
