RESOLUTION NO 1343
A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by Ray Poland and Sons Construction, Inc
on the Port Marine Terminal Area Water Main Project.
WHEREAS, the work done by Ray Poland and Sons Construction, Inc , under
Job No 79-2-03, has been examined by A. D Stanley and Associates and the City
Engineer has found that the work on said project has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications on said project, and it appears
that the City shall now accept the same and concur in the Engineer's recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the City Council concurs in the Engineer's recommendation and finds
that the work done under Job No 79-2-03, has been completed in accordance with
the Plans and specifications of said project, and the the same be and is hereby
accepted, and the the Department of Labor and Industries and the Department of
Revenue be notified of the acceptance of this work
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 7 day of April
1980
