RESOLUTION NO. 1 340
A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by Cornerstone Builders on
the Data Processing Center Project.
WHEREAS, the work done by Cornerstone Builders has been exarined
by the Finance Director and the Finance Director has found that the
work on said project has been completed in accordance with the plans
and specifications on said project, and it appears that the City
shall now accept the same and concur in the Director's recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Council concurs in the Director's recommendation
and finds that the work done has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications on said project, and that the same be
and is hereby accepted; and that the Department of Labor and
Industries be notified of the acceptance of this work.
