RESOLUTION NO. 1328
A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by Loftus, Inc., on the
development of Phase I of Highland Park.
WHEREAS, the work done by Loftus, Inc., has been examined
by the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Parks
and Recreation has found that the work on said project has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications on said
project, except that the asphalt basketball courts are not
contoured for proper drainage and the Director requests that
$1,500 be retained for repair or completion of this portion in
a satisfactory manner, and it appears that City now accepts the
work completed with the exception noted, and concur in the Director's
recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Council concurs in the Director's recommendation
and finds that the work done has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications of said project, except the asphalt
basketball courts, and that the same be, and is hereby accepted,
with the exception noted for which $1,500 shall be retained, and that
the Department of Labor and Industries and the Department of Revenue
be notified of the acceptance of this work.
