WHEREAS, the extension of Commercial Avenue southeasterly from the
Columbia East Subdivision No 3 area serves a public circulation function,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco is a property owner along the alignment
of Commercial Avenue, and
WHEREAS facilitating the public's right-of-way along Commercial Avenue
is in the public interest, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF THE CITY OF PASCO
, Section 1 That the City of Pasco dedicate the following described
city Owned land onto the public for right-of-way purposes
A tract of land for public right-of-way purposes located in Sections
20 and 21 Township 9 North, Range 30 East, W M., more particularly
described as follows
Commencing at the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of the
northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 20 and
true point of beginning, thence S 89° 07' 17" E, along the north line
of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast
quarter of said Section 20, a distance of 121 49 feet to point of
curve of a curve to the left whose lont chord bares S 58° 21' 38" E,
a distance of 435 04 feet, thence around said curve a distance of 436
69 feet, thence S 67° 00' 00" E a distance of 606.25 feet to point of
curve of a curve to the right whose long chord bares S 65° 19' 53" E
a distance of 290 59 feet, thence around said curve a distance of 290 64
feet to the east line of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 9 North, Range 30 East,
W M , thence S 00° 24' 06" W, along said east line, a distance of 89 13
feet to point of curve of a curbe to the lest whose long chord bears N
65° 06' 14" W a distance of 324 90 feet, thence around said curve a distance
of 324 96 feet, thence N 67° 00' 00" W a distance of 606 25 feet to point
of curve of a curve of a curve to the right whose long chord bears N 56°
35' 38" W a distance of 551 71 feet, thence around said curve a distance
of 554.75 feet to the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of the north-
east quarter of said Section 20 and true point of beginning
