De F lice, City Attorney RESOLUTION NO. 1322 A RESOLUTION conditionally approving the preliminary plat of the replat of Blocks 17 to 24, Highland Park Homes, and setting forth the specific conditions underwhich a final plat of the replat of Blocks 17 to 24, Highland Park Homes, may be prepared. WHEREAS, an application for preliminary plat was filed by Robert Pischel, owner, on November 14, 1979, said application being assigned Planning Division Master File No. 79-42-PP, replat of Blocks 17 to 24, Highland Park Homes; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 24, 1980, due notice of which was properly given, and issued its recommendation that the preliminary plat be conditionally approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems the preliminary plat of the replat of Blocks 17 to 24, Highland Park Homes, to be in the public Interest and, if properly conditioned, makes adequate provision for the population to be generated thereby; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That the preliminary plat of the replat of Blocks 17 to 24, Highland Park Homes, hereby is conditionally approved and the applicant may caused to be prepared a final plat to conform, in addition to all other applicable regulations and requirements, with the following specific conditions: 1. Municipal water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage facilities, and roadways be extended to serve the proposed plat in general accordance with the preliminary plat and in strict compliance with the detailed improvement standards for the RMH-1 zone identified by the city engineer; 2. The final plat shall include all easements necessary for public utilities; 3. All electric/communication distribution lines shall be installed underground along the center line of each block; 4. The north-south al -intrient of the center lines in Sycamore, Hugo, and Waldemar Avenues sha1t -15t-dx 7tended south of their intersections with Adelia Street and continue as the established center lines in Wehe's First Addition.
