ORDINANCE NO
AN ORDINANCE relating to parking times on a portion of Margaret Street
and amending Section 10 56 110 of the Pasco Municipal Code
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that it is necessary to accommodate
an existing business located at 704 West Margaret by instituting a two (2) hour parking
limit on the south side of Margaret Street from 5 th Street westerly 100 feet, Now,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS
Section 1 Section 10 56 110 of the Pasco Municipal Code is revised to add the
following underlined language and read as follows
10 56 110 SCHEDULE VI- PARKING TIME LIMITED ON CERTAIN STREETS
In accordance with Section 10 56 060 and when signs are erected giving notice
thereof, no persons shall park a vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours
between the hours of eight-thirty a m and five-thirty p m of any day except
Sundays and public holidays within the district, upon any city parking lot or upon
any of the streets or parts of streets as follows
South Side of Margaret Street, Between 5 th and 6 th Streets and westerly 100
feet from 5 th Street
Section 2 This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and
publication
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 7th day of
December, 1998
