ORDINANCE NO. 330 C1
AN ORDINANCE vacating the east/west utility easement along the south five feet of
Lot 1 and the north five feet of Lot 2, Mark Twain Addition
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves the
general interest of the City, the City Council may easements, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the east/west utility easement along the south 5 feet of Lot 1 and the
north 5 feet of Lot 2 Mark Twain Addition, as depicted in Exhibit "1" be and the same is hereby
vacated
Section 2 That a certified copy of this ordinance be recorded by the City Clerk of the
City of Pasco in and with the office of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days after passage and
publication as required by law
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, at its regular meeting, July 20, 1998
