AN ORDINANCE concerning the time of meeting of the City Council, and
amending Section 2 02 010 of the Pasco Municipal Code
WHEREAS, the members of the City Council have determined that it is
appropriate that their meetings commence at 700 P M on the first and third
Mondays of each month,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 Section 2 02 010 of the Pasco Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows
SECTION 2 02 010 TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS The City
Council shall normally meet in regular session at 700 P M on the first
and third Mondays of each month in the City Hall, provided that if a
regular Monday session falls on a legal holiday, the Council shall meet
in regular session at the same time and place at the next succeeding
business day
Sectton 2 This Ordinance shall take effect _Nr,u, am, 199___
