HomeMy WebLinkAbout3184 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO 31 AN ORDINANCE dealing with land development fees and amending the Pasco Municipal code THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section 1 Section 21 40 050 of the Pasco Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows 21 , 40 050 APPLICATION-SUBMITTAL AND FEE Any person desiring to divide land situated within an incorporated area of the city into two thrcc or four nine lots or less as regulated herein for the purpose of sale shall submit an application for short subdivision approval to the administrator together with an application fee of twenty-five dollars Three hundred dollars Section 2 Section 21 32 110 of the Pasco Municipal Code be and the same hereby amended to read as follows 21 32 110 FEES At the time of filing the an application for a preliminary plat, the subdivider shall deposit with the city clerk pay a base fee of $650 plus $30 for each lot therein In no case shall the fee exceed $950 (1) Office engineering check fee - Fifteen Dollars, (2) Field engineering deposit - Twenty-Five Dollars In addition to the preliminary plat fee, the subdivider shall b e responsible for reimbursing the City for costs related to field engineering This service will be charged for on an actual cost basis using standard engineering fees as a basis Section 3 Chapter 12 20 of the Pasco Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows CHAPTER 12 20 STREET VACATIONS Sections 12 20 010 Petition-Fee to accompany 12 20 020 Fee condition precedent to hearing 12 20 030 Use of sums deposited-Rcfunds 12 20 040 Charges to c paid 12 20 050 Inspection of premises 12 20 010 PETITION - FEE TO ACCOMPANY There shall b c deposited with the city clerk the sum of seventy-five dollars with Ee-ach petition requesting that a street or alley in the city be vacated The sum shall be deposited by the petitioner or petitioners requesting such street or alley to be vacated shall be accompanied by a fee of $200 00 12 20 020 FEE CONDITION PRECEDENT TO HEARING No application or petition for vacation of streets or alleys will b e entertained or heard by the council unless this sum is paid on or before the date the petition is presentcd to the city council for action the fee required in Section 12 20 010 has been paid 12 20 030 USE-9F SUMS DEPOSITED -
