ORDINANCE NO c.13/ 7c
AN ORDINANCE relating to parking on a portion of Road 26 and
amending Section 10 56 080 of the Pasco Municipal Code
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that it is necessary for the public
safety to prohibit parking on both sides of Road 26, from a point 120 feet south of
Court Street on the east side and 245 feet south of Court Street on the west side, to 250
feet north of the north curbline of Court Street, Now, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 Section 10 56 080 of the Pasco Municipal Code is revised to add the
following underlined language and read as follows
10 56 080 SCHEDULE III - PARKING PROHIBITED
CERTAIN STREETS In accordance with Section 10 5
