AN ORDINANCE relating to zoning and changing the classification of certam real
property within the City of Pasco from C-1 (Retail Business) to R-5
(High Density Residential)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following described real property
situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington to-wit
East 40 feet of Lot 12 and all of Lots 13-17, Block 1, Star Addition
AND
North half of the east half of the east half of the northwest quarter of the
southeast quarter of Section 25, Township 9 North, Range 29 East W M EXCEPT
roads
AND
Blocks 3 and 4, and all abutting rights-of-way, Vacated O'Keefes 3rd
Addition
AND
Southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 25, Township 9 North, Range 29 East W M EXCEPT
roads
AND
That portion of Blocks 11 and 12, and all abutting rights-of-way, Vacated
O'Keefes 3rd Addition, described as follows
Beginning at the southeast corner of Block 12 of said Addition, thence
northerly along the east line of said block extended a distance of 290 feet to the
intersection with the centerlinewith Seattle Street as platted in said subdivision,
thence westerly alonng said centerline of said Seattle Street 660 feet, thence
southerly parallel to the west line of Block 11, a distance of 223 5 feet, thence
westerly parallel to Seattle Street, a distance of 150 feet, thence southerly parallel to
the west line of Blockll, to the intersection with the centerline of Hopkins Street as
platted in said Addition, thence easterly along the centerline of said hopkins Street
to the east line of said Block 12 extended southerly in a straight line, thence
northerly along said extended line to the Point of Beginning, EXCEPT Roads and
EXCEPT the east 260 thereof
AND
That portion of Block 11, and all abutting rights-of-way, Vacated 0' Keefes
3rd Addition, described as follows
Beginning at the northwest corner of Block 11, thence northerly
along the west line 40 feet to the intersection with the centerline of vacated Seattle
Street, this being the True Point of Beginning, thence easterly along the centerline
of said Seattle Street 260 feet, thence southerly parallel to the west line of Block
11, 223 5 feet, thence westerly parallel to the west line of Seattle Street 150 feet,
thence southerly parallel to the west line of Block 11 to the intersection with the
centerline of Hopkins Street, thence westerly along centerline of Hopkins Street to
the intersection with centerline of vacated Reed Street, thence northerlly along the
centerline of said Reed Street to the intersection with the centerline of said Seattle
Street, thence along the centerline of Seattle Street 40 feet to the the Point of
Beginning, EXCEPT Roads

as depicted in the map attached and identified as Exhibit "1", be and the same is hereby
changed from C-1 (Retail Business) to R-5 (High Density Residential)
Section 2. That any and all zoning maps be and are hereby amended to conform to
the aforesaid zone change
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage and
publication as required by law
