HomeMy WebLinkAbout3110 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO. 3/10 AN ORDINANCE concerning speed limits on portions of Tenth Avenue, Ainsworth Avenue and Oregon Avenue WHEREAS, after investigating complaints from the public and an appropriate study, the City Engineer has recommended that the speed limit on Tenth Avenue from the north end of the cable bridge to Ainsworth Avenue be raised from 30 miles per hour to 40 miles per hour, and that the speed limit on Ainsworth Avenue, from Tenth Avenue to Oregon Avenue be changed from 35 miles per hour to 40 miles per hour, and further that the speed limit on Oregon Avenue from Ainsworth Avenue to its intersection with 1-182 be raised from 35 miles per hour to 45 miles per hour, now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: §1.
