IV HISTORY AND FACTS BRIEF
A Broadmoor Road was established many years ago when
Broadmoor Park and Cole's Estates were platted
Broadmoor Road is planned to be the east/west arterial
between Road 100 and Road 68 To enhance the image of their
development, and to be in keeping with the improvements,
Metropolitan Mortgage is planning, they have requested the name
of Broadmoor Road be changed slightly to Broadmoor Parkway
V DISCUSSION
Presently there are no developed properties in the area (other
than the city's standpipe) on Broadmoor Road that could be
impacted by a minor change in the name of the road
