AN ORDINANCE assigning zoning to certain real property within
the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, on November 4, 1993, the Planning Commission of
the City of Pasco conducted a public hearing to develop a
recommendation for the assignment of zoning to certain
properties; in the event those properties were incorporated with
the city; and
WHEREAS, on November 15, 1993, Ordinance No.\ ,
effectively annexed certain real property to the City of Pasco;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described area, situated
in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington to-wit:
That part of Township 9 North Range 29 East Willamette
Meridian described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south right-of-way West Court
Street said point being the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 1
Arbee's Addition located in Section 26, Township 9, Range 29
E.W.M.; Thence easterly along the south R/W line of Court Street
to its intersection with the east R/W line of Road 40; Thence
south along said R/W line a distance of 302 feet, more or less;
Thence easterly on a line parallel to the north line of Section
26, T. 9 N., R. 29 E., W.M. a distance of 1000 feet; Thence
southerly on a line parallel to the east line of said section a
distance of 330 feet, more or less, to the north line of Sparta's
First Addition and a point 295 feet west of the east line of said
section; Thence east along said north line of Sparta's First
Addition 255 feet, more or less, to the westerly R/W line of Road
36;/Thence south along said R/W line to the south line of Lot 6
Matheson's First Addition; Thence east along the south line
projected 10 feet more or less to the west R/W line of Road 36;
Thence south along the said west R/W line of Rd. 36 to its
intersection with the south R/W line of Henry Street; Thence west
/ along said south R/W line of Henry Street to its intersection
with the east R/W line of Road 37; Thence southerly along said
east R/W line of Road 37, to the intersection of the easterly
projection of the southerly lot line of Lot 18, Block 8 of the
Corrected plat of Riverview Terrace; Thence west along said
southerly projection to the south east corner of Lot 18, Block 8
of the Corrected plat of Riverview Terrace; Thence west along the
south lines of lots 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, and 10 to the
east R/W line of Road 40; Thence west along the extended south
lot line of said Lot 10, to the west R/W line of Road 40; Thence
north along the west R/W line of Road 40 to its intersection with

are records of Franklin County, Washington, as recorded with the
Franklin County Auditor.

district classification.
Section 2. That any and all zoning maps be and the same
are hereby amended to conform to the aforesaid assignment of
zoning.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after its passage and publication as required by law.

dared by motion its intent to

vice lines and increasing the
charges for hook-up to exist
ing sewer mains shall not be
effective against real property
in the City of Pasco located in
the area east of Oregon
Fourth Avenue south of
Highway 395 west of High
way 12 and south of A
Street east of 14th Avenue
extended The charges set
forth in such code sections
pnor to said amendment shall
remain in effect against such

shall review these exceptions
for their effect upon encour
aging development in the af
fected areas and its actual
benefit to the city utility at least
annually beginning in 1994
