HomeMy WebLinkAbout2943 Ordinance fa 1 09 ••n Jil A MAN Gq2,7 A RUBSTELLO Deputy City Clerk City 'A ttorney ORDINANCE NO. icY.L.A.5 AN ORDINANCE concermng voting distncts and amending Chapter 110 of the Pasco Mumcipal Code WHEREAS, the population and growth pattern of the City have changed since the last amendment of Chapter 1 10 PMC and the recommendations for changes made by a committee of the Council has been reviewed and concurred with by the County, Now, Therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: §1. Section 110 020 of the Pasco Municipal Code is hereby amended (additions in text are indicated by underlining and deletions m text are shown by interlineation), as follows 110 020 DISTRICT ONE Voting district one shall encompass the area within the city of Pasco compnsed of precinct numbers one, two, three, five seven, mne, ten, seventeen and nineteen, as those precincts are descnbed on the maps and property descriptions on file with the auditor of Franldin County §2. Section 110 030 of the Pasco Municipal Code is hereby amended (deletions in text are shown by interlmeation), as follows 1 10 030 DISTRICT TWO Voting distnct two shall encompass the area compnsed of precinct numbers five, six, eleven, fourteen, twenty-six and thirty-one, as those precincts are descnbed by the maps and property descnptions on file with the auditor of Franklin County §3.
