ORDINANCE NO. aci,-3g
AN ORDINANCE vacating the alley right-of-way in Block 1, Owen's
Addition.
WHEREAS, a petition signed by more than two-thirds of the
owners of the property abutting the alley right-of-way herein
below described has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Pasco, and;
WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law to
vacate said right-of-way have been duly taken and performed, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the north/south alley right-of-way
located in Block 1, Owen's Addition, as depicted in Exhibit "1"
be and the same is hereby vacated subject to the easement
retained in Section 2 hereof.
Section 2. That the city shall retain an easement and
the right to exercise or grant easements with respect to the
north/south alley located in Block 1, Owen's Addition.
Section 3. That a certified copy of this ordinance be
recorded by the City Clerk of the City of Pasco in and with the
office of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after passage and publication as required by law.
