D'z\n"i AN ORDINANCE relating to traffic and adding a new section to Chapter 10 44 of the Pasco Municipal Code THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: §1.
