THE CITY OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the zone classification of the following described real property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington to-wit: PARCEL 1 That Blocks 1-8, the east half of Block 14, Blocks 15-26, Blocks 31-40, the west half of Block 41, Blocks 43-46, Blocks 48-52, Blocks 54, 59 and 60 all in the Frey's Addition, together with vacated rights-of-way; and Blocks 1 and 2, Boston's Addition together with vacated rights-of-way; and Blocks 136, 146, 161, 163, 167, Pasco Land Company's First Addition together with vacated rights-of-way; and Blocks 4-7, Long's First Addition and The west 120 feet of the south 385 feet of the northeast quarter of Section 20, Township 9, North Range 30 East, W.M., all as depicted in the map attached hereto and identified as Exhibit "1", be and the same are hereby changed from R-1 Low Density Residential) to C-3 (General Business).
