AN ORDINANCE naming a street that heretofore was unnamed.
WHEREAS, the identification of streets plays an important
function in maintaining the safety and welfare of the public;
and,
WHEREAS, street names are the principal means for the
public to reference and locate properties in the city; NOW,
THEREFORE,
standards; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The unnamed frontage road located at the
southwest corner of East Lewis Street and Highway 12
paralleling the FR-7 line shall henceforth be known and referred
to as Lewis Place.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
affect after its passage and publication as required by law.
