HomeMy WebLinkAbout2891 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO. „;,X9 AN ORDINANCE reducing the speed limit on Maitland Avenue between Ainsworth Avenue and "A" Street, and amending Pasco Mumcipal Code §10 24 040 WHEREAS, since the completion of Oregon Avenue between Amsworth and "A" Streets, Maitland Avenue has ceased to be the truck route and artena1 for which it was once utilized, and WHEREAS, Maitland Avenue has now more appropriately assumed the role of a residential street and the speed limit should be reduced from 35 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour, NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: §1.
