AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CITY OF PASCO
CAPITAL PROJECTS BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1992
WHEREAS, subsequent to due notice and public hearing thereon, the City Council of the City
of Pasco has approved the following Capital Projects Budget for the year 1992, NOW, THEREFORE,
'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section One That capital projects are hereby authorized as detailed below The following
schedule summarizes (1) newly authorized projects and (2) previously authorized projects which are
being canceled and authorization is being reduced

AN ORDINANCE amending the 1991 Annual Budget of the City of
Pasco by providing a supplemental thereto by appropriating and reap
propriating revenue by providing transfer and expenditure authority
by adjusting the expenditure program of various funds and the budget
within funds and declaring an emergency
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
1 The 1991 Budget be and the same is hereby amended to provide for
the following adjustments to revenue and expenditures and by provid
ing authority for any necessary transfer of money within or between
funds as indicated

2 A Public emergency is hereby declared to exist for the reason that
necessary expenditures of money have arisen since the filing of the
1991 Preliminary Budget and which could not have been foreseen at
that time and which were not provided for in the 1991 Annual Budget
It is also necessary to adjust certain fund income not forecast in the
1991 Preliminary Budget
3 That the additions in appropriations and expenditures are hereby
declared to exist in the above funds for the said usee and purposes as
shown above and in the Exhibit and the proper City ofricials are hereby
authorized and directed to issue warrants and transfer funds in
accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance
4 This Ordinance with the attached Exhibit shall be on file with the Of
frce of the City Clerk
