ORDINANCE NO. 2810
AN ORDINANCE concerning the salary of the Municipal Court
Judge.
WHEREAS, increased court filings and administrative
responsibilities have increased the responsibilities and hours of
work foi* the Municipal Court Judge such that an increase in the
salary paid to the Municipal Court Judge is necessary and proper,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The salary of the Municipal Court Judge
shall be equal to 75% of the maximum salary authorized by
ordinance for the City Attorney, effective February 1, 1991.
Section 2. This ordinance shall supercede all
conflicting ordinances.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5)
days after passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
