HomeMy WebLinkAbout2774 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO. 2774 AN ORDINANCE relating to land use, zoning and planned unit developments and amending the zoning classification of a certain thirty-seven acre parcel (more or less) known as The Village at Sun Willows. WHEREAS, PMC 22.62 provides that the City Council may approve planned unit developments by the adoption of an ordinance designating certain properties as PUD zones; and, WHEREAS, the Pasco Planning Commission on April 5, 1990 held a public hearing to consider a PUD plan submitted for The Village at Sun Willows; and, WHEREAS, the Pasco Planning Commission considered such a matter and determined that it would be in the best interest of the city if such proposed PUD was approved; and, WHEREAS, the Pasco City Council at its May 7, 1990 meeting considered the Planning Commission's recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the zone classification of the following described real property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington to-wit: A portion of Government lots 1 and 2, and Section 19, T.9N.,R.30E.WM., Franklin County, Washington, described as follows: Commencing at west quarter corner of said Section 19; thence N 02-03-58 E, along the west line of said Section 19, also being the centerline of North 20th Avenue, a distance of 895.65 ft.; thence S 87-56-02 E, a distance of 50.01 ft.; thence S 87-56-02 E, along the north line of said Red Lion property, a distance of 660.21 ft.; thence N 55-39-23 E a distance of 158.87 ft., to point of curve of a curve to the right whose long chord bears S 79-28-55 E, a distance of 230.28 ft.; thence around said curve a distance of 252.98 ft. to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Section 2. That any and all zoning maps be and are hereby amended to conform to the aforesaid zone change. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full and effect after its passage and publication as required by law.
