AN ORDINANCE concerning wages for certain personnel
(non-represented) for the calendar year 1990
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 The wage scale for those positions specified in the attached
Exhibit I not represented by a certified bargaining unit, shall be as set
forth in Exhibit I attached hereto, which exhibit is incorporated by reference
as if fully set forth herein The actual wage to be received by an employee
occupying any of the positions specified in Exhibit I shall be determined by
the City Manager, provided, however, where the 1989 actual wage of an
incumbent in any such position exceeds the maximum wage for the position as
set forth in Exhibit I, such employee shall continue to be compensated at
his/her actual 1989 wage
Section 2 The wage scale for those part-time positions specified in
the attached Exhibit II not represented by a certified bargaining unit shall
be as set forth in Exhibit II attached hereto, which exhibit is incorporated
by reference as if fully set forth herein The actual wage to be received by
an employee occupying any of the positions specified in Exhibit II shall be
determined by the City Manager
Section 3 This ordinance shall be effective five (5) days after
passage and publication
Section 4 All prior ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance are rescinded and superceded by this ordinance
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 18th day of
December, 1989
