Rubsello, City Attorney J FOUET F 2 P1 .35 NEVA J C-ORKRIA -4 AUDITOR N UN COUKTY, WA Y 459810 ORDINANCE NO. 2695 AN ORDINANCE vacating a certain portion of an alley in Block 1, Owen's Addition to the City of Pasco. WHEREAS, a petition signed by more than two-thirds (2/3) of the owners of property abutting the alley right-of-way herein below described has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco; and WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law to vacate said right-of-way have been duly taken and performed; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the west half of the east/west alley lying adjacent Lot 24, Block 1, Owen's Addition, as platted in said subdivision be and the same is hereby vacated and the property so vacated shall vest in the rightful owners thereof and shall attach to the lots or grounds bordering thereon, all in the manner provided by law. Section 2. That a certified copy of this ordinance be recorded by the City Clerk of the City of Pasco in and with the office of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law.
